Shielding kits of Ep-3 type

Shielding kits of Ep-3 type are universal defenders from harmful influence of all factors of electromagnetic nature created by the electricity general plants with voltage to 1150 kilovolt of alternating current

They are intended for use during all types of works executed in dispatch devices and air high voltage lines with voltage of 330, 400, 500, 750 and 1150 kilovolt on the ground potential during cold season.

The kits of Ep-3 type provide for protection from the:

action of electrical field;

action of bias current running through the human body when being in the electrical field;

action of pulse current (discharge) at touching the grounded or insulated objects, parts of equipment as well as grass and shrublets;

action of intense electromagnetic radiation occurring at operation with disconnecting links;

action of possible electrical injury at work in the induced voltage area.

The shielding kits of Ep-3 type are composed by following galvanically joint elements:

Insulated shielding jacket with hood;

Insulated shielding jump suit;

the shielding helmet cover;

the shielding knitted gloves;

the leather insulated shielding boots or insulated shielding high boots and also Insulated gauntlets of general purpose.

The kit is certified by the GosStandard of Russia and the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Russian Federation.
